Banana Pancake Bites

Makes around 2 cups granola
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil for frying
- 2 bananas
- Optional: Honey or maple syrup to drizzle on top
Directions:
Start by mixing together all of the pancake mix ingredients until smooth. If you want the batter a little thinner you can add more almond milk.
Slice your bananas into 1/2 inch slices and dip and cover them in the batter.
Heat up the avocado oil in a frying pan on low heat. Fry your banana slices for 1-2 min on each side or until they are cooked!
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and enjoy!
