3 Ingredient Samoa Cookies

Makes 14-16 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- Chocolate chips for drizzling (plus 1 tablespoon coconut oil to melt it with!)
Instructions:
- Start by mashing together the ripe bananas in a medium bowl. Mix in the shredded coconut until combined
Form into donut holes and gently flatten onto a parchment lined pan.
Bake for 25-35 min at 350°F or until golden brown.
Let the cookies cool while you melt your chocolate and coconut oil together.
Drizzle the chocolate over top and place in the freezer to set!
