Banana Peanut Butter Muffins

Makes 10-12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe medium bananas
- 3 eggs (or 3 flax eggs to make it vegan)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
In a blender, food processor, or big bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips until smooth.
Gently fold in the chocolate chips. Spoon into a lined or greased muffin tin and bake at 350°f for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out dry. Enjoy!
