Blueberry Coconut Bounty Bars

Makes 9-10 bars
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips + 1 tablespoon coconut oil for melting
Instructions:
Blend together the blueberries, coconut and vanilla together in a food processor. Press into a pan and place in the freezer until hard.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Cut the bars and drizzle the chocolate on top. Place back into the freezer until set!
