Chocolate Peppermint Dates

Makes 10-12 dates
Ingredients:
- 10-12 dates
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tablespoon coconut for melting
- 3-4 tablespoons peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint oil
Directions:
Start by removing the pit from the dates and spooning a little peanut butter into the center. Close the dates and place them in the freezer while you melt your chocolate.
Melt your chocolate and coconut oil together in a small bowl. Mix in the peppermint oil and dip the dates in.
Place the dates back into the freezer until the chocolate has hardened until the chocolate has hardened and and enjoy!
