Fluffy Pumpkin Muffins

Makes 10-12 muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups almond flour
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Start by mixing together all of your wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Add in your dry ingredients and mix.
Spoon into muffin liners or a greased muffin tin and bake at 350°F for 20-25 min!
