Raspberry Crumble
Perfect for valentines, which is in less than one week!!
Are you staying in or going out for valentines!? Either way you need to make this pink raspberry crumble that serves 2!!

Raspberry Crumble

Serves 2
Ingredients:
Raspberry base:
- 3 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Crumble:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: coconut yogurt or vanilla ice cream to top!
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together all of the raspberry base ingredients. Spoon into a dish or round ramiken.
Mix together your crumble ingredients in another medium howl until combined. Spread it over top of the raspberry base.
Bake at 375°F for 35-45 min. Optional: top with coconut yogurt or vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
