Red Velvet Latte

Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
- 1 tablespoon beetroot powder
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon date sugar, maple syrup, or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- optional: red + pink sprinkles
Directions:
Mix together all of the ingredients in a cup except for the milk.
Add in your frothed milk and top with sprinkles!
OR
- Heat all ingredients in a small saucepan until warm. Then blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender!
