Peanut Miso Salad Dressing

Makes 3/4 - 1 cup of dressing
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 water to thin
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy seasoning or coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp fresh ginger
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and store in the fridge!
