Chai Spiced Snickerdoodle Cookies

Makes 8 cookies
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup softened coconut oil (not melted!)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Cinnamon sugar:
- 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Start by creaming together the coconut oil and coconut sugar in a medium bowl until smooth. Add in your egg and vanilla and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.
Mix your cinnamon and coconut sugar together in a small bowl.
Roll into balls and then roll in your cinnamon sugar mixture.
Flatten on to a parchment lined pan and bake at 350°f for 8-10 min.
