Green Goddess Salad

Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
Dressing:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup hazelnuts (can use any nuts)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt + pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup water or more to thin
Salad:
- 4-5 cups salad greens
- 1 cup chopped green cabbage
- 1/2 a large cucumber sliced
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Add more more if needed.
Chop your veggies and place in a large bowl. Pour the dressing on top and enjoy!
