Biggest tip for making a salad taste super yummy: have a good dressing!!! It makes all the difference and this salad dressing is one of my favs! I added to my salad with greens, cucumber, and sliced carrots!

Peanut Miso Salad Dressing

Healthy Num Num | Michelle

Makes 3/4 - 1 cup of dressing


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 water to thin
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy seasoning or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and store in the fridge!
