Vegan Carrot Veggie Meatballs

Makes 10-12 balls
Ingredients:
- 3 medium carrots sliced (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt + pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend together all of ingredients in a food processor. Blend until you can form meatballs without the dough falling apart.
Bake at 350°F for 20-25 min!
