Sesame Salad Bowls

Serves 2-3
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews (optional)
- 1/2 cucumber sliced
- 1 carrot sliced
- salad greens
- brown rice
Directions:
If you are using cashews, roast them at 350°F for 10 min or until golden brown.
Mix all of the salad ingredients together and pour on top of your salad bowls! I used salad greens, carrots, cumbers, and brown rice!
Add on top the roasted cashews and enjoy!
